All Bella Construction Group decks are built with pressure-treated wood as the supporting framework. The topside and railing can be constructed using either exotic wood like Ipe, PVC, composite decking like Trex or #1 grade pressure-treated pine, depending on your personal preferences. Wood decks can create a distinctive feel and have a normal lifespan of about 10 years.
Wood topsides, however, require regular cleaning, sealing and maintenance to keep them functioning well and looking good. Composite decking like Trex requires no maintenance and lasts for well over 20 years.
